FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR (Full-Time)

We are looking for a live-out, passionate and hard-working Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

This is a full-time role, working 40-50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

 

Working closely with the Food & Beverage manager, you will assist in staff management and training, monitoring their performance, stock control, cash handling and assisting with the smooth running of the bar, bistro and Douglas events.

 

Our Food and Beverage Supervisors play a crucial role in the hotel. Overseeing all aspects of the food and drink service area in the hotel, so that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently, whilst ensuring that service meets the guests' expectations, resolving any issues that may arise.

 

HOUSEKEEPERS (Part -Time)

We are looking for hard working, bubbly, and motivated people to join our wonderful established team of Housekeepers.  There are full-time, part-time, permanent, and seasonal roles available, with hours to suit the local bus service. Experience preferred; however full training will be provided.
